Online
classes offer specially prepared sketches combined with verbal instructions
that give you an enhanced guided experience to ensure correct practice. Hence,
you maximise the benefits of practising meditation and the course.
FACE-TO-FACE
You can
learn in-person, face-to-face at one of our centres if you prefer this method.
During COVID or any possible full or partial lockdown, if you are shielding or
have vulnerabilities, you can have your lessons online, ensuring you keep on
course and do not miss a class. We strictly follow government and local guidelines
with distancing and sanitation.


SELF-DIRECTED LEARNING
Additionally, between classes, there are engaging and uplifting self-directed learning study material to view, listen to, read, digest and assimilate that act as further education and support. There are 45+ self-paced lessons in addition to the instructor led live sessions.
ON GOING SUPPORT
During the course, we ensure that you are adhered to your learning path and have understood every step thoroughly. Checking or validation sessions ensure correct practice, but we offer 24/7 support outside of classes. Membership entitles you lifetime support. Your instructor will be there to guide and answer your questions.

It’s a prerequisite to attend one of our free intro talks before starting on a course or cohort. You’ll learn about our unique system and individually prescribed meditation (organic techniques). These run regularly, either in-person (F2F – COVID regulations permitting) or online via Zoom. Intro talks are fun, informal, informative and interesting.
